Installed and used the upgrade purchase page, still after activation it still shows trial in app, to now showing subscription not active. moreover the fastspring 0value purchase subscription cant be deleted and it’s set to auto reniew. So take caution inputting payment details if you have tried the upgrade page many times.

Thank you it’s working now and it looks like they are using an internal link to manage this promo, However there are multiple duplicate subscription activations (created from previous FastSpring promo purchases), please forward this feedback to the devs to allow removal of duplicates or disable the auto renew trigger, i wont link a payment provider if i get charged 10x from all those active subscriptions.
Thank you for getting back to me but I have re-installed and again it will not run despite showing the page with zero charge. Installation is fine until trying to run it at no cost.

23rd July today. VPN downloaded and installed. When I upgrade it says the total due is 0.00 but the subscription box shows that you wish credit card details and £19.95 to proceed. I tried the helpline but they tried to sell the full package
