Unfortunately, even after 5 minutes, there is no window to register the code

I tried it on taking picture on screen and it translated about 1/3 into plain text.
Maybe I’m doing it wrong but the OCR processing is pretty poor.
When I go in About in application the window where I have to put a code doesn’t appear.
