It did work for a couple of days but then went back to 0/100. No luck with support, they don’t seem to be able to offer a solution/ or want to. If you like stress go for it otherwise stay away. I always rated DVDfab but not anymore.
By having this being multi use, it is useless. You can never download anything. If anything, this should e via each individual user, maybe not a year worth but maybe 6 months or 3 months worth insted. As of right now, with multiple users using the same account, it is virtually useless since it is capped already even before we start!
This software does not work at all it just says you have reached your daily limit.

Absolutely useless. You get ZERO downloads out of a 100. Have not been able to download a single video

I contacted support at dvdfab and today when I started the program it said I had 66/100, not 100/100 but 66 is more than enough. just downloaded a film and its great quality. Took about 10 minutes to download a 4.39gb full HD film. I did not get any explanation for the 0/100 but they said to wait till 0.00 hrs when it would reload. Why it only reloaded to 66/100 I don’t know but it works now. If you still have it on your computer give it a go.
