    After installation, the program does not load; it appears for half a second and then disappears.

      Sorry to hear it didn’t launch! That version is extremely old and known to crash on modern systems. Updating to the newest official build should fix the issue.

    During installation it asking serial number, after that getting error. error 1311 source file not found.
