Same problem here, it says “The module has been activated successfully” that means only a part of all program has been registered. Plus, if you open and try to register by the key icon still not fully registered.
Some adivces, the more better the image resolution so better the results and, it you want to remove a background from a object instead of a person will need to do is manually because the software don´t identify nothing more besides people images.
If you’re having problems, you can also use the website remove.bg – this is free and works well, albeit with SD pictures, not HD.
