“I have activated the code received via email multiple times but it was unsuccessful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still encountered the error with the license code JK8XX-TB2G6-HRH18-3D9AB-K7PU1.”

I can get it installed bitdefender wont allow to open it
