When can I get the free version again?

trying to find out what’s new in this version I tried to go to their forum and was greeted by the following error:
“Error 508 Resource Limit Is Reached.”
One of the problems with the BitTorrent client embedded in this program is it is a 100% file leech and has no method to continue seeding after the file(s) have been downloaded which will lead other swarm users to blacklisting the client ID as it’s extremely bad mannered and antisocial compared to real BitTorrent clients that permit seeding beyond initial downloading.
What advantage is there in installing the 64bit edition on 64bit windows compared to using the 32bit edition on 64bit windows? Is there ANY difference in performance, functionality or memory usage?
Their main website is now reporting:

they are experiencing what some of their users might cause when a large number of ant downloader downloaders all go after the same file on a single server an effective DDOS attack as resources become depleted due to excessive connections.
Their site is back up and forum is working for what it’s worth… they don’t announce new versions on their forum and the forum posting dates don’t include the year of the post so it’s nigh on impossible to see what was posted when.
One extra CON that windows 11 users with Microsoft default security settings the installer IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED so windows 11 windows defender will block the installation unless you disable the setting to enforce digital signing on executables. The executables installed are unsigned too.
