I installed Clear VPN yesterday successfully with the 1 year Promo. Saw comments some users having problems. Please note and follow the instructions as described by winningpc. I followed and it worked. Here’s each step exactly in order as I followed:
1. Go to Website: https://clearvpn.com. Creat account, confirm email.
2. Go to Current Plan on same page, it says Free. Click on redeem code under it.
3. Enter ‘ SAVEUKRAINE ‘. Current plan will change from free to ‘ Promo’
with next billing date March 2023.
4. Scroll down to download app icons. click as per your system, Windows for me.
5. Click on downloaded install icon. Wait for installation to complete.
6. Open the app Clear VPN. Login with same account credentials you created.

I didn’t get any error, what I did was opened an account on https://my.clearvpn.com/enter/email as mentioned by USER78 and then opened https://clearvpn.com/ and log in with mail account and then at home page entered the promo code and done.
The app crashed several times, and upon uninstalling, it reported itself as ‘open vpn’ which is a free VPN. Seems this is just a wrapper around another product.
Their servers are overloaded leading to app crashes.
Just a note that I got the invalid code, but didn’t spot User78’s suggestion, and got stuck in a loop – confirmed my email but it wouldn’t let me log in, although it did let me change my password – but still wouldn’t accept my email.
However, in the app was a ‘Go to user cabinet’ button in the settings, which takes you online and straight to your account page, where you can redeem the code. So all was good.
Works like a charm! Thanks a lot. Before installing the app, you should create account via the website and redeem the code on the website. If you ınstall the app first and create account on the app, it doesnt work.
