Good app but like all other recovery software, the recovered files have weird file names and weird folder names. Sometimes multiple copies of photos are recovered with no indication of which is the most recent. Support documents do not address this part of the recovery process.

1. Test and look that your firewall does not block Stellar(xxx.exe): this is necessary only once for registration to work!
2. if you use copy´n´paste: watch that NO extra EMPTY SPACE is accidential included…
(or write the code by hand…)
3. look up, if your OS IS supported …!
I registered at the above Stellar – link.
It functions neither with Your installer-zip (which contains not serial) nor with the version from the registration-site. It starts and then disappers with : Invalid key device (win 10 pro)
I checked again and it worked for me. You can also use the installer on the giveaway page (similar to the installer on my site).
