Download Windows 11 ISO File from Microsoft

Today, Windows 11 is available for downloading in both editions (Windows 11 Home and Pro). There are three options for installing and creating Windows 11 media as below. We recommend that you should download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO file) to create a bootable installation media for a clean installation.

This is the easiest way to download an ISO file directly from Microsoft. It is a multi-edition ISO that uses your product key to unlock the correct edition.

Step 1. Navigate to the Windows 11 ISO page

Step 2. Select “Windows 11” from the drop-down menu under “Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)” then press the “Download”

Step 3. Choose your product language and confirm

Step 4. Click the download button, this link is valid for 24 hours from time of creation.
After the download is finished, you should verify the data integrity and authenticity of your download by FileHash.

This option will download the media creation tool to make a bootable USB or DVD. It will download and burn Windows installation files to a USB/DVD for you.

Step 1. On the download Windows 11 page, choose “Download now” under Create Windows 11 Installation Media:

Step 2. Run the “MediaCreationToolW11.exe” file to get started. Select language and edition to continue:

Step 3. Choose which media to use (burn it to a USB flash drive – at least 8Gb or save as an ISO file)
